Flyin' Pig Brains (Summer Fun)

I often wonder...
what it's like to watch me?
I must appear nutz sometimes..














So my student is an adult female English teacher and I used to use her beach house for BBQ parties. Her 18 year old son was trying to help me move a 145lb pig and he was getting squeemish
I was getting infuriated cuz I was falling behind schedule and this 18 year old can't hold a dead pigs legs??

I yelled at him.."MO iiii...Jama"!! then went into a profanity filled rant in English as I totally started to lose my bearings...

I lifted the beast and carried it over my shoulder like a dead body ( we will be talking about dead bodies soon BTW )

The 18 year old boy/man/pussy had ran to tell his father.. as destiny would have it...as they came outside I was holding a hand axe over the pigs skull and smashing into it with a mini sledge hammer while grunting and pig brains were flying everywhere and they happened upon me at that moment..


(I got 116 people coming and this pig is 1hr behind schedule and my "friends" are LATE!!)

I stopped bashing this pigs brains out just long enough to catch them (Mom,Dad,Son) looking at me with absolute terror...axe in one hand ..hammer in the other...with pig brains dripping down my face..they were too scared to move for a second but damn I wish they had a video of me...that woulda been nice for this post.

You might get the wrong impression if your new here. I'm adept at pointing out this countries weak points....no I'm adept at saying it...I think everyone sees the same shit I rant about but don't ever get it twisted. I spend large parts of hard to get free time thinking about how to exchange my culture in my way to my students and their family and friends. Ya'll might never imagine me as a good "Ambassador" but you'd be wrong. I have done a ton...and am planning the next event right now. I will go with a leg of lamb a prime rib for the second time and all the other stuff such as burgers,hot dogs,spam musubis (they love em') and cotton candy,shaved ice and all the other annual Beach party trappings.

The beast...was eventually tamed and eaten :)
It was consumed to the very last bit. Even the crunchy ears were gone. Most folks will never see a fully roasted pig. My students did and they were thrilled, the beach house family was traumatized and
I will NEVER...maybe..cook an entire pig again.


It was an awesome cooking/BBQ challenge though.


I'm proud to say I cooked a whole pig :)

The Hawaiian style chicken "lau lau" which is wrapped in banana leaves and buried underground to cook slowly over hot stones is always a hit!! We do it every year.







































The Prime Rib was the best I've ever tasted. Meat thermometers are a BBQ man's best friend....it was just melt in your mouth goodness...will do it again this year!! Seriously hard to explain how awesome it was. I'm fucking awesome...let's just put it that way ;)

We have Hula shows.Ukelele performances,Hawaiian style dual guitars, and other forms of entertainment besides the beach sports.























 Cotton candy and soft ice cream and shaved ice to!! The spam musubis are a smash hit to. It's really a Hawaiian/Japan fusion that most Japanese don't know about but they all love it! I love it too!








The magic show is a big hit but that poor old man has to come up with a whole new set of tricks every year.

This is one of my "Big 3" parties and the 1st one of 2011 quickly approaches. If anyone ever wondered how a big mouthed,shit talking, wife beater wearing badass ever managed to maintain and grow a school to the point where I got almost 8 classes ...9 on Friday every day 5 days a week....your looking at pics of the 2nd biggest reason. Results> Everything is #1  and huge parties where the effort to exchange your own culture is clear is a pretty good #2

On my own time...I run for the river!!














I'm in MUCH better shape this year but it's the background that I love in this shot....absolutely gorgeous spot...and if ANYONE is already there I just blast some Hip-hop till they get the fuck outta my spot...if they like Hip-hop then they got lucky....a soundtrack for their date.






I can go down about 3 meters in some spots...this place is AWESOME and this girl loves to swim and BBQ. A girl who is uncomfortable in a bikini will not last long around me...she can ROCK a bikini!! I ALWAYS have my ipod boombox with me....I seriously don't go anywhere outside especially a BBQ without it. The river water is crystal clear with some 100 yen goggles. I stuck a stone into a bamboo stick and dive down for it...in some spots my ears pop it's so deep..but clear...I FUCKING LOVE THAT SPOT!!!!
